Join Kimberly & Cynthia for a nourishing weekend intensive of yoga!
Over the weekend we will explore balancing strength and sensitivity in our practice and life. When we are too focused on strength we might injure ourselves or make ourselves dull; when we are too sensitive then it we might lose stamina and endurance and feel afraid of challenging ourselves. When we balance strength and sensitivity in our practice, we create a nourishing elixir which sustains the health of our physical body, feeds our heart and enlivens our spirit.
This weekend will include a practice of asana, pranayama (breathing practices), philosophy and chanting.
Open to all student but best for students with at least 6 months of experience of yoga practice.
Saturday 10:00am-12:00pm & 4-5:30pm
