What to expect

For your private yoga session, your teacher will a create customized practice sequence appropriate for your particular health issue(s). Props will be utilized in both simple and more elaborate setups to allow holding each pose to be comfortable. If you consent, your teacher will provide helpful hands-on assistance as needed.

Sessions are 50-70 minutes long and minimum commitment of three sessions is recommended. A brief health assessment is included in your first session. You will learn practices that you can do at home to get relief on your own and keep progressing. If you wish, your teacher will photograph you during the session so that you can refer back to your photos when you practice at home.
